Introducing a new community innitative. The Pennsylvania Council of Churches is partnering with diverse communities of faith to address the dangers of Christian Nationalism through a monthly book study and conversation with our neighbors in the wider Harrisburg area. This initiative aims to explore its impact, resist marginalization, and counter hatred and division, while promoting democratic principles and inclusivity. All interested individuals are invited to register and participate.
The first event will take place February 27th from 6:00pm – 7:30pm at Temple Ohev Sholom/ Address: 2345 North Front St, Harrisburg, PA. We will be joined by author Pamela Cooper-White to discuss her book The Psychology of Christian Nationalism. The event is free and open to all.
